Mind and Body Together

A Whole-Person Approach to Mental Health

Traumatic and stressful experiences often play a role in mental health challenges. But for many people, there is more to the story.

When we take a closer look, we often find hormonal, nutritional, metabolic, infectious, or toxic factors that affect how the brain works. Calling every struggle "genetic" or "a chemical imbalance" can leave these possibilities unexplored.

Our care is meant to complement counseling and the support of your other providers, not replace it. We look for root causes, and we offer gentle, non-drug tools to help the brain and nervous system find balance.

If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 right away.

Our Approach

How We Approach Mental Health

Supportive, thorough, and built around you.

01
We Listen First You know when something is wrong. We take the time to understand your history, your symptoms, and what you want for your life.
02
We Look for Physical Contributors Lab work and bioenergetic testing help us check hormones, nutrients, blood sugar, gut health, toxins, and infections that can affect mood.
03
We Calm the Nervous System Many people are stuck in survival mode. Therapies such as Nervous System Reset, neurofeedback, and PEMF may help the body shift back into a state of rest and repair.
04
We Work Alongside Your Care Our approach is meant to complement counseling and your other providers. Any change to a prescribed medicine should be made with your prescribing provider.
There Is Hope

Feel Like Yourself Again

When the brain and body have what they need, many people find that calm, clarity, and joy come more easily.
